Decent products, slow shipping
I ordered the Kopfhautpflege Set and the products themselves are quite good. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling soft and moisturized. However, the delivery took longer than I expected, about 9 days to reach me. Everything was packaged well, but the wait was a bit of a drag. Overall, good quality items, but they could speed up the shipping.

Really happy with my purchase
I got the Stärkendes Shampoo and the Pflegespülung last week. Everything came super fast, like under 5 days, which was awesome. I've used them a few times already and my hair feels much stronger, less breakage when I brush it. The scent is also really nice, not too strong. The only small thing was the pump on the shampoo felt a little stiff at first, but it loosened up. Definitely a good buy.

Okay experience, good products
My recent order was for the Haarkur and a Kopfhaut Bürste. Shipping was pretty quick, got here in about a week. The Haarkur feels great on my hair, definitely a noticeable difference in softness. The brush is also decent quality. My only real gripe is that the tracking information wasn't updated very frequently, so I was a bit in the dark until it showed up. Customer service was responsive when I emailed them though, which was good.

I got the Stärkendes Shampoo a few weeks ago and it was pretty good. My hair felt cleaner and a bit stronger after using it. Delivery was fine, no issues there. I'd probably buy it again.

I just received my Intensivkur für die Kopfhaut and I'm so excited! It got here in just a few days, which was fantastic.
